SMaRT Mentorship Process
A trusting, responsive, and faithful environment is essential in a mentor-mentee relationship with guidance and empowerment from the Holy Spirit. The four phases will proceed with enthusiasm in meeting regularly and will advance joyfully until your business and spiritual goals are met.
Phase 1 | Introductory Meeting
We initiate our mentorship journey by seeking God’s heart on how our partnership will grow. Mentors and mentees follow the Holy Spirit’s move to connect and create a foundation of faithfulness, fruitfulness, and generosity.
Phase 2 | Design the mentorship program
Delving into the heart of mentorship, we will develop a safe space by willing to be vulnerable, listening, asking questions, with prayerful discernment.
We set your specific goals that cater to the diverse needs of your customers and audience in the marketplace. We will equip mentors for business and ministry preparedness for profitability, sustainability, and impact.
Phase 3 | Relationship building, responsiveness, and accountability
Emphasis will be on the joy in discovery and freedom to express, while being accountable and teachable. The mentee will need new disciplines to get out of their comfort zones through the exercise of grace to think differently and to grow in maturity.
Phase 4 | Closure and empowerment
At closure, we assess the progress and achievements of our mentorship. The Holy Spirit empowers the mentees to carry forward their renewed calling using their gifts and passion for God’s kingdom. They will have a clearer direction of their future business and ministry mission.
Our partnership will continue our journey to mobilize future mentees to transform the marketplace for God’s glory.

Business & Ministry
Master's Plan
Benjamin Franklin said, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.” For entrepreneurs of startups and pivoting companies, Dr. Rosario “Chato” Calderon developed an easy-to-follow and functional model of a Business and Ministry Master’s Plan Canvas© for planning. Moreover, the approach prioritizes the entrepreneurs’ goals, leverages their strengths, and anticipates and minimizes potential sources of failure in their business and spiritual lives.
